This session will explore approaches to reducing stigma and advancing sustainable models of collaboration with community and social service partners. Tailored for healthcare providers, public health professionals, and community leaders, the session will underscore the value of cross-sector partnerships and culturally attuned care in promoting health equity among populations disproportionately affected by HIV.

Learning Objectives
  1. Review how pharmacists, peer-support specialists, and community-based organizations each play unique but reinforcing roles in addressing and dismantling HIV-related stigma.
  2. Recognize collaborative care approaches that cultivate judgment-free pharmacy settings and strengthen connections to HIV screening, youth engagement programs, and harm-reduction services.
  3. Identify initial framework for building and maintaining long-term partnerships between pharmacy teams and local HIV-focused networks.
