Social Determinants of Health Certificate
SNPhA is thrilled to present our NEW Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) certificate program! SNPhA members will explore social, economic, and environmental factors that shape patient care and the pharmacist’s role in promoting health equity. The program will consist of 2 webinars and an in-person component at the SNPhA National Convention. To earn the certificate, you must attend all 3 sessions.
Through the program, SNPhA members have the opportunity to apply for National Convention registration reimbursement!

Section 2 is not requiredto participate in the certificate program! Please note you must register for the National Convention first, then you will receive reimbursement at the in-person session if selected.
All learning sessions will be open to all SNPhA members, but conference reimbursement* will be limited to a select group based on application strength. Selected students will be notified directly.
Students interested in the program are not required to submit for convention reimbursement to participate in the program. However if you are interested in convention reimbursement, please complete the application thoughtfully.
*To receive conference reimbursement, students must attend both webinars and the National Convention in-person session.
SNPhA is an educational service association of pharmacy students who are concerned about the profession of pharmacy, healthcare issues, and the poor minority representation in these areas. The purpose of SNPhA is to plan, organize, coordinate, and execute programs geared toward the improvement of the health, educational, and social environment of minority communities.
